Intervention1: Roghan e suddab: Patient is advised to apply the oil formulation gently on lower abdominal twice a day for 3 days from the onset of menstruation follow up on C0 C1 C2 And post treatment

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients in the age group of 18 to 35 years Regular painful menstrual cycles Associated symptoms like nausea vomiting low backache and VAS score greater than 4

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having irregular menstrual cycle Secondary dysmenorrhea Systemic illness Individuals taking oral contraceptives
