Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Adolescent girls diagnosed with mild to moderate Iron deficiency Anaemia. Haemoglobin level from 8g per dl to 11.99g per dl according to UNICEF 2)Age group 10 to 16 years 3)Case in which parents will give assent for their children
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Cases with active history of blood loss like menometrorrhagia, bleeding per rectum 2)Cases with recent History Of of malaria, dengue in past 3 months 3)Pregnant adolescent girls 4)Known case of thalassemia, sickle cell anemia, Chronic illness or infection TB, HIV, renal disease
