Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants with BMI 25-29.9 2. Participants aged between 18 and 45 years 3. Participants willing to give informed consent 4. Participants fit for udwartana and steam

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants with known chronic systemic illness like Diabetes Mellitus, Uncontrolled Hypertension, Cardiovascular diseases, Skin diseases, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases. 2.Pregnant and lactating mothers 3.Participants undergoing steroid therapy 4. Participants who have undergone surgery within past 6 months 5. Participants with traumatic history within past 6 months.
