Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group: 50 to 70 years Sex group: both male and female All socio-economic class of people

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering from systemic diseases and other co morbidities. Patients with known autoimmune diseases or on immunosuppressive therapy.
