Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged 18 years or more. oAbility to speak and understand commands.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subjects having cognitive impairment.

| Motor Function: Improvement in upper extremity motor function will be measured using the Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA). Spasticity Levels: Spasticity will be assessed using the Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS) for targeted muscle groups. Dexterity (DASH/ALSFRS) Ataxia Functional Autonomy: Autonomy in daily activities will be evaluated using the Barthel Index.
