Intervention1: Individualised Homoeopathic Remedies: Dose of individualized homoeopathic medicine would be chosen based on individual susceptibility, frequency of dose would be as required

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1] CKD Grade 5 Dialysis dependent patients from Age group of 18 to 65 years 2] All cases diagnosed having CKD Stage 5 on Haemodialysis /CKD 5 HD from of both genders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1]All those CKD 5D patients with other significant co morbidity like i. Uncontrolled BP ii. Uncontrolled Diabetes iii. Severe Left Ventricular Dysfunction iv. Dialysis access dysfunction v. Non-compliant Patient vi. Non willing Patient 2] Pregnant Females on HD. 3] Any known case of Psychiatric Illness 4] Patients undergoing chemotherapy/Radiation therapy for CA or having active Malignancy. 5] Any acute intercurrent illness, sepsis, Multi Organ Failure during course of study. 6] Patient who are taking any other mode of therapy apart from homoeopathy and modern medicine like any ayurvedic medicines etc.
