Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sutika (Postnatal FTND or LSCS ) suffering from Stanyakshya .In all Primigravida and Multigravida .Patients from 3rd day of Delivery till 6 months after Delivery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient having any Pathological condition like anaemia,congenital anomalies ,malignancy,immunocompressed disorders. Women with active infections ,allergic skin conditions Patients having Breast Engorgement Preterm birth or low birth weight babies who are unable to suckle properly. With any Congential anomalies or any birth trauma ,cleft lip,cleft palate.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Stanyakshya (Lactation Insufficiency )will be expected to be reduced after the use of Nagabala Moola Churna in sutika (Postpartm lactating women )Timepoint: 7 days from the day of enrollement

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Include Improvement in Breast milk secretion ,increase in frequency of breastfeeding ,improvement in infant weight gain,reduction in associated symptoms of stanyakshya.Timepoint: 7 days from the day of Enrollement
