Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants must meet all of the following criteria to be eligible for enrolment Age Adults aged between 35 and 65 years Cardiovascular Risk Individuals with moderate cardiovascular risk as determined by Framingham Risk Score (FRS) between 10 20% Stable Clinical Status No acute illness or hospitalization within the past 3 months Consent Willingness and ability to provide written informed consent Compliance Ability to comply with study procedures follow-up visits and intervention protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Prior MI stroke revascularization or advanced heart failure severe renal hepatic dyfunction Uncontrooled diabetes Pregancy lactation Current use of antioxidant supplements Use of other Ayurvedic Rasayana formulations within 30 days knoen allergy
