Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy asymptomatic population. 2. Age 18 to 26 (Young adults). 3. Both male and female 4. CVA less or equal to 50 degrees. 5. Participants with tight hamstrings defined by a passive knee extension angle (KEA) greater or equal to 20 degrees. 6. Willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Neck pain or any other musculoskeletal disorder. 2. Patients with cervical spine and spinal deformities, congenital upper extremities disorders. 3. History of neck and shoulder surgery. 4. History of traffic accidents (whiplash). 5. History of vascular disease in the head and neck (Jeong et al., 2022). 6. Progressive neurological deficits. 7. Any vestibular disorder. 8. Acute hamstring strain or tear. 9. Any Lower limb surgery. 10. Fracture in the pelvis, femur, or spine
