Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting with signs and symptoms of Uterine Fibroids with Ultrasound findings Fibroid size less than 6 cm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Serious Complicated Systemic Illness Sever Anemia, Haemoglobin less than 7 g Per dL Pregnancy and Lactation A Diagnosed Case of Malignancy of Genitourinary tract Post Menopausal women Fibroid with Severe Pain and Bleeding with Suspicion of Acute Torsion and Other Complications which need immediate Surgical Management

MeasureTime frame
To assess the effectiveness of individualised homoeopathic medicines in the management of uterine fibroids by evaluating difference in UFS QOL questionnaire score before and after treatment To compare the Ultrasonography of abdomen of the patients before and after individualised homoeopathic medicinesTimepoint: Every case will be followed up for 6 months. The effectiveness of individualised homoeopathic medicines will be assessed by evaluating difference in UFS QOL score and Ultrasonographic findings.
