Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients within the age group of 18 to 45 years. 2.Patients of all gender will be taken into consideration 3.Pre diagnosed cases and cases falling under the diagnostic criteria of functional heartburn will be considered for study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Other structural pathological changes 2.Oesophageal cancer 3.Barretts oesophagus 4.Hiatal hernia 5.Adenocarcinoma 6.Gastroesophageal reflux disease 6.Myocardial infarction 7.Major oesophageal motor disease 8.Oesophagitis, oesophageal stricture
