Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients irrespective of their gender and occupation and religion and socio economic status will be selected The patients of Ardhavbhedaka with mentioned criteria ICHD 3 will be taken between the age of 18 to 60 years ICHD 3 Diagnostic Criteria for Migraine without Aura A At least 5 attacks fulfilling criteria B and C and D B Headache attacks lasting 4 to 72 hours C Headache has at least two of the following four characteristics 1 Unilateral location 2 Pulsating quality 3 Moderate or severe pain intensity 4 Aggravation by or causing avoidance of routine physical activity like walking and climbing stairs D During headache at least one of the following 1 Nausea or vomiting 2 Photophobia and phonophobia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with local tongue infection and congenital anomalies will be excluded Patients having major ailments of other systems and carcinoma of any organs and pregnancy and PCOS and Uncontrolled clinically significant medical condition Like diabetes hypertension stroke neurological like seizure etc Any chronic headache other than the migraine at the time of enrolling the patient
