Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Players who have been playing badminton for at least 6 months. 2.Players currently not engaged in any other fitness training program targeting the upper limb.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent upper limb injury. (6 months) 2. Recent surgeries (1 Year) 3. Any neurological, cardiovascular, metabolic disease. (6 months)
