Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male and female patients. Age 18-50 years. Patients who needs restorative/endodontics treatment in posterior region with LA (Inferior Alveolar Nerve Block).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with systemic diseases. Mentally retarded patients. Patients allergic to LA. Patients with local allergies, dental abscesses, and fistulas at the injection site. Patients who were under any medication (painkiller/NSAIDS/opioids) that might affect assessment.

Evaluation of the effectiveness of Cryoanalgesia in reducing pain at the injection site during local anesthesia administration. Evaluation of the effectiveness of Photobiomodulation in reducing pain at the injection site during local anesthesia administration.Timepoint: Pain at the injection site will be assessed immediately after the administration of local anesthesia (Inferior Alveolar Nerve Block) in patients receiving cryoanalgesia, photobiomodulation, or conventional technique.
