Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Climbers must have a minimum climbing experience of 3 months. 2. Practice climbing at least 3 days a week 3. Criteria according to levels level 1 and 2 4. Climbing grades according to the French or sports grading scale as follows - a. Level 1 male and females grades 1, 2, 2 plus, 3, 3 plus, 4, 4 plus, and 5 b.Level 2 females grades 5 plus, 6A, 6A plus, 6B, and 6B plus c.Level 2 males grades 5 plus, 6A, 6A plus, 6B, 6B plus, 6C, 6C plus, and 7A.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Candidates who are diagnosed with musculoskeletal, neurologic, and other medical conditions that affect climbing 2.Previous history of any injuries within 6 months to 1 year.
