Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 18-24 years 2.Healthy individuals irrespective of gender and socioeconomic status 3.Students with regular and irregular sleep 4.Willingness to participant and give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants on medications affecting sleep or digestion Smokers, alcoholics, or those with known gastrointestinal/liver/pancreatic disease 2.Students who are doing night shift work 3.Those unwilling to provide consent or undergo blood investigations

-The study may establish that proper sleep is essential for maintaining balanced Agni, and suppression of Nidra Vega can contribute to digestive and metabolic dysfunction. -Sleep deprivation is expected to alter metabolic and digestive enzyme activity, which may reflect as changes in serum amylase levels.Timepoint: 12 months
