Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Collegiate Athlete 2. Actively Training or Competing For at Least 1 Year 3 Free from current musculoskeletal injuries 4 Participate in sports since 1 year or training at least twice a week for the last 6 months. 5 Participant having normal BMI (18.5 to 24.9) kg/m2. 6 Female have irregular menstrual cycle for past 6 month or currently menstruating.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 History of serious cardiopulmonary disease (e.g.: COPD ,asthma etc ), seizures, neurological disorders e.g. : (Alzheimer s Disease , Parkinson , multiple scleriosis etc), or physical discomfort limiting activity. 2 Any lower-limb surgery within the past 1 year. 3 Skin allergies, wounds, or dermatological conditions ( e.g. :acne ,eczema , psoriasis etc) at taping sites. 4 Use of braces, medication, or physiotherapy that could influence flexibility or performance. 5 Inability to perform study procedures or complete testing. 6 Hypersensitive /allergic to adhesive taping .
