Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients satisfying American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) Grade 1,2 and 3. Those who provided consent for participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Diabetic Retinopathy. Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease(COPD) or Lung diseases with pulmonary hypertension History of ocular surgery. History of Intracranial surgery.

There are changes in the optic nerve sheath diameter due to pneumoperitoneum and Trendelenburg position in patients undergoing Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy under General AnaesthesiaTimepoint: T0- Before induction (Baseline) T1- 5 minutes after Endotracheal intubation T2- 5 minutes after Trendelenburg position T3- 5 minutes after pneumoperitoneum in Trendelenburg position T4- 30 minutes after pneumoperitoneum in Trendelenburg position T5- 60 minutes after pneumoperitoneum in Trendelenburg position T6- 90 minutes after pneumoperitoneum in Trendelenburg position T7-120 minutes after pneumoperitoneum in Trendelenburg position T8- After extubation T9- 1 hour after extubation T10- 2 hours after extubation
