Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient fulfilling diagnostic criteria- patients complaining of previous history of Asrigdhara (Menorrhagia) for at least two consecutive cycle. Age group of patients between 18 to 35 years female. The duration of bleeding must be more than 7days upto 12 days and quantity must be mre than 3 pads/day.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient having gross abnormalities of uterus and pelvis. Patient suffering from severe anemia (Hemoglobin more than 7gm%) Patient with K/C/O pelvic uterine pathology like Tubo-ovarian mass, fibroid, polyp, malignant tumour, endometriosis. Patients with systemic disorders like Thyroid dysfunction, Hypertension, Tuberculosis, Diabetes mellitus. Patients with previously diagnosed Bleeding disorders. Patients with IUCD, OC pills. Patient with any other medication.
