Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male kabaddi players within the age group of 18-30 years Players should be free from knee/hip injury from past 6 months Players who participated in competitions at least district level Players who are willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Kabaddi players who smoke, consumes alcohol and uses ergogenic aids Individuals who are consuming creatine, taurine supplements within the past 6 months Subjects with known history of cardiovascular disease Individuals who are consuming non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDS) or steroidal drugs Who are unwilling to participate in the study
