Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients belonging to the age group between 30-60 years. Patients of both gender (male and female). Patients diagnosed as Avabahuka. Patients willing to sign written consent form for participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients below 30 years and above 60 years of age. Patients having fracture and dislocation of Shoulder joint. Patients who are unfit for Nasya (Pratishyayi,Garbhini,Ajirni). Patients with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Marma Chikitsa and Nasya both will be efficacious in the management of Avabahuka. Timepoint: 7 Days of treatment with follow up on 7th and 15th day

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Marma Chikitsa will be more efficacious in the management of Avabahuka.Timepoint: 15 Days of treatment with follow up on 15th and 31st day
