Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals of either gender aged 18 to 55 years. Healthy individuals without kamala vyadhi for the control group(Genotyping). Patient with signs and symptoms of Kamala. Patients having serum bilirubin levels above 1.3mg/dl. Willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients more than 55 years and less than 18 years of age. Pregnant and lactating mother. Cases of liver abscess, HBsAg positive, and known cases of HIV positive. Patients having a malignancy or Surgical obstructive pathology. Serum bilirubin more than 10mg/dl. Psychotic patients. Not willing to participate in the study.
