Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Willing to give consent to participate in the study. 2. Patient in age group between 35-60 years of either sex irrespective of religion, socio economic status and occupation. 3. Patients having Grade 1 Hypertension (SBP= 140-159 mmHg & DBP= 90-99 mmHg)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Diabetes Mellitus, thyroid disorders. 2. Patients on steroid medicines. 3. Subjects who are pregnant and lactating. 4. Patients with habits of smoking and alcoholism. 5. Subjects who are with chronic illness except metabolic syndromes. 6. Patients with critical illness like cancer, HIV etc. or hearing impairment. 7. Subjects who are taking any kind of sedatives or psychological treatments. 8. Subjects who are having other renal, hepatic, cardiovascular or respiratory disorders (such as asthma, bronchitis, or excessive mucus). 9. Patients having Secondary Hypertension. 10. Patients with evidence of Hypertension target organ damage.
