Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Tailors scoring in the minimal or mild or moderate pain or disability range on the PRWE scale Age between 20 to 45 years Both male and female participants Working for 3 to 4 hours per day Currently actively engaged in tailoring work for more than 5 years Bilateral hand involvement to ensure functional relevance Able to understand and follow instructions for hand grip strength measurement Willing to provide written informed consent and participate voluntarily
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Tailors with severe wrist pain or disability PRWE score above moderate range History of wrist or hand surgery fracture dislocation or significant trauma in the past 6 to 12 months Systemic musculoskeletal disorders affecting wrist or hand function rheumatoid arthritis osteoarthritis gout Neurological disorders affecting the upper limb stroke peripheral neuropathy carpal tunnel syndrome Currently undergoing physical therapy rehabilitation or pain management for wrist or hand Presence of skin conditions infection or open wounds on hand or wrist that may affect HGS measurement Congenital deformities or structural abnormalities of the hand or wrist Participants with severe cardiovascular or respiratory illness that may limit participation
