Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Females having regular menstrual cycle Females presenting mild to moderate symptoms of PMS Symptoms should appear only in luteal phase of menstrual cycle Females willing for treatment
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Females having irregular menstrual cycle Females with symptoms in first 13 days of cycle Females presenting severe symptoms of PMS Perimenopausal females Females on hormonal therapy or OC pills Patients having any uterine pathology Females diagnosed with affective disorder Chronic medical conditions like DM HT Thyroid disorders Any other acute infectious disease Females not willing for treatment
