Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy Individuals, Not practicing any yoga or pranayamas

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with any Respiratory disorder or infection (Asthma, COPD, URTI, Chronic Sinusitis, etc) Hearing or Visual Disorders Systemic disease or Psychlogical illness Consuming Medications or substances that may interfere with the study results (If any subject develops URTI during the study, he or she may be exempted for few sessions and the results will be calculated only after he or she covers the exempted period later)
