Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with endotracheal tube and nasogastric tube in situ as part of their routine care

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant patients Patients with injuries or occlusive dressings that prevent USG examination Patients with esophageal injuries, neck surgeries, corrosive/caustic ingestion, base of skull fracture, other situations where endotracheal or nasogastric tube insertion is contraindicated. Patients with tracheostomy tube in situ Refusal of consent

MeasureTime frame
A receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve will be plotted, and the area under the curve (AUC) will be analyzed to measure overall diagnostic accuracy.Timepoint: End of study

MeasureTime frame
Sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value (PPV), and negative predictive value (NPV) will be calculated along with their 95% confidence intervals (CI) for x-ray and ultrasound.Timepoint: End of study
