Intervention1: Antioxidant drink: 100ml of the antioxidant drink orally once daily for twelve weeks Control Intervention1: No intervention : Participants in the comparator group will receive standard

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals currently employed as sanitation workers Age between 18 and 58 years. Willing to provide written informed consent. Willing and able to participate for the entire duration of the study. Not consuming any antioxidant supplements or immunomodulatory drugs at the time of enrollment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or lactating women. Individuals diagnosed with HIV AIDS, active tuberculosis, autoimmune disorders History of known allergy or hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the antioxidant drink. Individuals currently consuming anticoagulant medication.
