Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Primipara/Multipara Woman who have had full term normal vaginal delivery with or without episiotomy or perineal tear repair (grade1 and 2).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Woman who delivered by caesarean section or forceps delivery / vacuum application. Woman who have suffered Antenatal complications such as Pregnancy induced hypertension, Gestational Diabetes mellitus, antepartum haemorrhage, eclampsia and pre eclampsia. Puerperium associated with 3rd stage complications like postpartum haemorrhage, retention of placenta, Uterine rupture, acute inversion of uterus. Preterm delivery or delivery of dead foetus or still born baby. Baby born with asphyxia , IUGR ,Rh incompatibility. Participants with known case of Sexually Transmitted diseases, Autoimmune disorders. Woman having history of post partum depression. Haemoglobin less than 10gm per dl 3rd degree perineal tear.
