Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Reduction in intracanal bacterial load (measured as colony-forming units per millilitre [CFU/mL]) after irrigation using 5.25% sodium hypochlorite and 2% chlorhexidine with different irrigation activation systems (conventional, sonic, and laser) during root canal treatment.Timepoint: 1 Day | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| 1.Comparison between irrigation activation systems: Evaluate & compare the antibacterial efficacy of sonic & laser irrigation activation systems in reducing bacterial load from root canals. Outcome measure: Difference in mean CFU/mL reduction between sonic & laser groups. 2.Comparison between irrigants: Evaluate & compare the antibacterial efficacy of 5.25% sodium hypochlorite & 2% chlorhexidine solutions within each activation system. Outcome measure: Difference in mean CFU/mL reduction between NaOCl & CHX within the same group.Timepoint: 1 Day | — |
