Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) patient of age group 16 to 60 years 2) Irrespective to gender religions and marital status 3) Patient suffering from netra toda symptoms in vataj abhishyanda 4) Patient willing for treatment consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patient with other than vataj abhishyanda symptoms. 2) Patient with any other systematic diseases and any other severe ocular infection like corneal ulceration etc. 3) Patient is on antihistamine and steroids drug.

1 To evaluate the safety and tolerability of Saktu Pindi as an add on therapy Assessing any adverse effects or interactions with Oplapat 0.1% eye drops 2 To assess the impact on quality of life Evaluating the effect of the add on therapy on patients daily activities symptoms and overall well being 3 To investigate the effect on ocular surface health Examining changes in ocular surface parameters such as conjunctival hyperemia 4 To compare the onset of action Evaluating the time taken for symptom relief with the add on therapy compared to Oplapat 0.1% eye drops alone 5 To assess the duration of response Determining how long the addon therapy maintains its effectiveness in managing symptoms 6 To assess patient satisfaction and compliance Evaluating patient satisfaction with the treatment and adherence to the prescribed regimen 7 To assess the the add on effect of saktu pindi within 7 days occurTimepoint: 7days
