Interventions

Intervention1: Sharbate Maweez (Sugar syrup of Vitis venifera Linn) with Arq Badiyan (Foeniculum vulgare distillate): Sharbate Maweez 25 ml with Arq Badiyan 60 ml in twice daily will be given for 3 mo

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Married and unmarried female above 18 years with regular menstrual cycles Patients presenting symptoms of anaemia with haemoglobin in the range of 10-11.9 gm%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Haemoglobin less than 10gm% H/o acute blood loss H/o systemic illness endocrinal disease and malignancy Surgical h/o gastrectomy gastrojejunostomy. H/o Haemoglobinopathies Pregnant and lactating women.
