Interventions

Intervention1: Group-A Theragun: The patient will be given a theragun device therapy on the trapezius muscle. The device will be set to a moderate intensity level to provide deep muscle stimulation.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group from 18-40. Both Male and Female. Complain of pain since 1 week. Subjects having pain score of 3 or higher on a Visual Analog Scale (VAS). Subjects who are willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any skin disease over back such as Dermatitis. Fracture or healing fracture over neck and upper back. History of referred pain due to cervical pathology. Degenerative cervical spine disease. Presence of wound over neck region. Patients with Cardiovascular Problems.
