Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. College students aged 18 25 years. 2. Using digital devices for more than 4 hours per day. 3. Willing to participate and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Students with diagnosed psychiatric or sleep disorders. 2.Students on medications affecting sleep. 3.Students not willing to participate in the study.
