Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients irrespective of their gender, occupation, religion, socio-economic status will be selected. Patients having lakshanas of Vicharchika. 18 to 70 years of patients of Vicharchika

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with local tongue infection (Oral Lichen planus, Oral thrush etc) and congenital anomalies will be excluded Patients having major ailments of other systems. E.g. Carcinoma of any organs,Hepatitis B Hepatitis C AIDS, Tuberculosis at the time of enrolling the patient. Pregnancy
