Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Pregnant woman Age group of 21-40 years 2 Women with known LMP 3 Singleton pregnancy with gestational age 28 weeks upto 35 weeks. 4 Both primi gravida and multi gravida 5 Patients having symptoms of Annunata Kukshita (Fundal height less than period of gestation) and Garbha Aspandan (Reduced fetal movements as appreciated by mother) IUGR associated with low amniotic fluid (AFI between 5 and 8), mild PIH (BP upto 140/90mmof Hg) protienurea upto 0.3gm/dl.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Congenital anomalies of fetus detected through USG 2 Pregnancy complicated with uncontrolled gestational diabetes (Glucose level >140mg/dl), hypertension, abruptio placenta, complicated Placenta previa, Severe Pre-eclampsia (BP >140/90mmHg, Proteinuria >0.3g/L), h/o - Eclampsia, 3 Oligohydramnios (AFI 4 Multiple pregnancies 5 Known case of cardiovascular diseases, renal diseases, active TB, HIV, hepatitis B, etc. 6 Positive cases of HIV, VDRL, HBsAg and HCV.
