Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Age between 20 to 55 2)Both genders male and female 3)Clinically diagnosed with neck pain 4)Trapezius tightness (unilateral) 5)Neck pain duration-subacute and chronic

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Cervical radiculopathy secondary to disc herniation 2)neck and back deformities like torticollis or scoliosis 3)history of trauma or fracture 4)Surgery in the neck or upper back, or shoulder 5)Neck pain with back pain 6)Acute Neck spasm
