Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Children diagnosed with Primary Monosymptomatic Nocturnal Enuresis as per ICD 10 2) Age group 5 to 18 years 3) Both genders Boys and Girls 4) Cases in which parents will give assent for their children
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Cases diagnosed with Psychiatric conditions like Autism Spectrum Disorder and Mental Retardation. 2) Cases with congenital diseases especially of Cardiorespiratory system and life-threatening disease conditions like malignancy and Tuberculosis. 3) Cases with CNS disorders (Epilepsy,spinabifida, myelo-meningocoele) 4) Cases with systemic diseases (Diabetes Mellitus and Insipidus) are excluded from the study. 5) Cases with UTI and Underlying organic pathology (eg. bladder anomalies and hyperactivity).
