Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients fulfilling the case definition of acute individual diseases Both male and female patients will be considered for study Patients of 18-65 years of age will be included for study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients not fulfilling the case definition of acute individual diseases The Patients suffering from acute exacerbation of chronic disease Patient who requires emergency medical surgical interventions and systemic diseases with complications Advance pathological disorders will be excluded Pregnant female and lactating women will be excluded Immunocompromised patients will be excluded

Outcome assessment will be done by using modified naranjo criteria for homoeopathyTimepoint: Clinical improvement in acute symptoms will be assessed using modified naranjo criteria for homoeopathy within duration of acute illness
