Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Older adult age group (65 to 80) Both Sexes Patients fulfilling case definition of Insomnia according to ICD 11. Participants pre-diagnosed with insomnia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with severe psychiatric conditions neurodegenerative diseases severe systemic illnesses. Patients on allopathic sedatives or other sleep inducing medications for more than 1 year that may interfere with the study. Individuals with a history of Chronic alcoholism drug dependence or substance abuse.
