Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.patient aged between 25-50 years 2.mandibular posterior molar tooth region 3.jumping gap between 2-4mm 4.patient with good systemic health 5.patient having good oral hygiene and good compliance to the treatment 6.periodontally compromise tooth 7.grossly decayed tooth without purulent exudates or cellulites inability to complete endodontic therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients with systemic conditions 2.bruxism or other parafunctional habits 3.poor patient compliance 4.compromised soft tissue conditions at the surgical sites 5.pregnant and lactating women 6.heavy smokers

bone density around implantTimepoint: changes in peri implant bone density will be assessed using Cone beam computed tomography at baseline and after six months

1.secondary implant stability 2.buccal cortical bone thicknessTimepoint: 1. secondary implant stability will be assessed using resonance frequency analysis and expressed as implant stability quotient values measured at six months 2.changes in buccal cortical bone thickness will be assessed using CBCT at baseline and after six months by measuring horizontal buccal bone changes at 2mm 4mm and 6mm from implant platform
