Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Preterm neonates born less than or equal to 32 weeks on full enteral nutrition of 150 mg/kg/day.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Major congenital anomalies involving gastro-enteral tract or skeletal dysplasia. 2. Not stable to be started on enteral nutrition or shifted for DXA by day 14. 3. Severe renal impairment (oliguria/anuria/creatinine above local cutoff)/ PDA/congenital heart disease requiring volume restriction beyond 120ml/kg/day of fluid. 4. Inborn errors of metabolism affecting feeding and mineral handling. 5. Parents not consented to participate.
