Inclusion criteria: Participants who are willing to participate Recreational cricket players Able to commit to a 6 week training program Irregular practice of fitness No current injuries or musculoskeletal disorders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Professional or semi professional cricketers Regular fitness practitioners Inability to perform any required physical test Significant, perpetual or cognitive impairment
