Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient between age group 18 to 45 years will be selected. Patient will be selected irrespective of their gender religion occupation and socio economic status. Patient with BMI greater than 25 which fulfill the clinical criteria of Sthaulya more than 1 year are considered for study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and Lactating mothers will be excluded. Patients having Systemic Disorders like Uncontrolled Hypertension severe Asthama Ischaemic Heart Disease Cancer. 3.Immuno compromised patients.
