Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Premolar Teeth indicated for extraction during orthodontic treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Fractured or badly decayed teeth that cannot be isolated with a rubber dam. Medically compromised patients. Patient not willing to undergo treatment.
