Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of primary knee osteoarthritis (clinically, radiologically) Patients of both sexes. Patients from the age group 30 and above. Vitamin d deficiency, mineral deficiency

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Secondary causes which lead OA: -Secondary osteoarthritis (post-traumatic, post-infective) Autoimmune arthritis (e.g RA, SLE)
