Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults who use electronic devices like Television, TV connected devices, laptop, computer, smartphone, tablet and smart watches.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of trauma or surgery around the cervical spine or shoulder, Current radicular symptoms or signs of nerve root compression in the upper limb, History of neurological disorders, Current diagnosis of migraine, vertigo/dizziness, or vestibular disorders that affect neck movement or test performance, Any structural disorder such as forward head posture or any other spinal deformity like Scoliosis.

Deep Neck Flexor Endurance Test.
