Inclusion criteria: Patients posted electively for upper limb procedures

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Below 18 years and above 65 years Blood diathesis Anatomical variation in brachial plexus Asa 3 and above

Total procedural time for ultrasound-guided supraclavicular brachial plexus block, measured from needle insertion to needle withdrawal, comparing the conventional free-hand technique and the needle guidance device.Timepoint: Intra-procedural measured immediately during block performance from needle-in to needle-out using a stopwatch.
