Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Wrestlers of all genders ranging from age 15 to 25 years. Wrestlers classified as tier 2 participants according to McKay classification scale. Minimum of 2 years wrestling experience. Wrestlers willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any musculoskeletal injury, surgery, or illness within the last 2 6 months that inhibits training or performance. Diagnosed case of neurological or psychological conditions affecting balance, coordination, or training compliance that inhibits training or performance. Refusal or inability to provide informed consent or adhere to the study protocol.
