Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Stroke due to Vascular origin, not traumatic, patient is Hemodynamically stable, Adults of any gender, Conscious and oriented, First-ever stroke, Acute phase, Diagnosed shoulder subluxation with pain on the paretic side

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with significant cognitive deficits that impair their ability to provide informed consent or to comply with study procedures will be excluded, Presence of metallic implants in the shoulder/upper trunk, Known skin allergy or sensitivity to tape adhesives, Significant cardiac disease or uncontrolled hypertension, Serious medical comorbidities like cancer, active skin conditions, wounds, local infection. Other musculoskeletal pain in the thoracic/shoulder region, Burns or any other skin disease at application site, Invasive ventilator support.
